Generations Ago....
Six children were born to a powerful king. These children each bore a gift given by the gods themselves. The oldest son was given the powers of Light, able to bend reality around him to look of something else and bring a dreamers dreams to reality, but only for a short time. The oldest daughter was blessed with the powers of Water, knowing the flow and healing abilities of the element and how to manipulate it with ease. The twin sons were given the powers of Earth and Air, one being able to shift the very grounds and allow plants to grow in seconds and the other being able to change the air currents, lift from the ground, and even take air from those around him. The youngest daughter was given powers of Fire, learning its unreliable movements and knowing how to create it from nothing. Lastly was the youngest son, blessed with that of Darkness, cursed to know the nightmares of those around him and being able to bring the into the waking word. This son was also said to be able to take on other forms.
But what made these six children special wasn't the abilities they held, but the pure un-sibling like way they acted when their father passed away. Instead of the kingdom going to the oldest son, like tradition, each decided their powers earned them the kingdom and its people. They began a war, splitting the once large and beautiful kingdom into many smaller kingdoms. Each fighting against each other with the need to rule them all. For generations this war waged, none falling and none giving in. Sickened by what the humans have done with their gifts the gods decided it was time for peace to rein again. And that would happen now... In this generation of gifted royals. That led us to now...

Here We Are.... The plan was simple. Pair off the royals with another from a kingdom much different than their own. Send them all to a neutral ground and force them to stay. In this neutral place the gods would observe and choose for themselves which pair was right to rule the Celestial Kingdom of past. Which pair would be able to overcome their own differences and the obstacles that was sure to ensue with such a grouping and possible fall in love. What the gods also took into consideration was the fact that more than one pair could possibly do these simple things. So how else could they make sure they would choose the right pair?
Put more people into the equation. Protectors. Why? Two reasons. We don't want anyone dying on this search for peace, for one. And secondly, anyone can fall in love when there is no other choice, here's the other choice.
So now that they have been thrown into this by a power greater than their own what will the princes and princesses do? Will they try to overcome everything and fall in love with the one the gods choose for them? Or will the rebel? Fall in love with someone else or maybe no one at all? This is the story of their fate and no one can tell it... But you. For The First Time...

Th e Law.... Ⅰ. Literacy ~ Let's get this started with one of the most important things. Literacy. We've all been through school and we've learned this in elementary school, proper grammar and spelling. I understand that sometimes we make mistakes and sometimes we're just too tired to realize we've written something wrong, but I also know this doesn't happen all the time. I want you to post at least two paragraphs per post and the maximum is up to you. This is a literate role play, so there will be no one liners at all. If you have writer's block at least try to type out a full paragraph, five to seven sentences, even if it's just filler and let us know it's writer's block.
On the the topic of posts. Make them pretty. Colors, a picture of your character, and maybe lyrics or whatever else you can think of to make it look nice. But at the same time don't overdo it. It's not arts and crafts day in pre-k. Ⅱ. Next is Romance. It is recommended ans highly welcomed in any form. Male on male, girl on girl, hetero. But there are limits. While writing imagine your family is watching everything you are doing in this role play. If you're okay with them seeing you can do it. Clothes stay on, no cybering, If you absolutely must do something like that, black it out and time skip a few minutes to the end. Ⅲ . Violence? Oh well be my guest. Just remember these simple rules. There will be no killing off anyone else's characters with out permission from said person. There will be no auto-hits or auto-dodges. You are not a god and your powers are limited. Remember that. Protectors all have their own powers as well, so don't think you are above them and can touch them but they can't touch you. Ⅳ. Protectors! You are assigned to just one royal each! But your assigned royal does have a sibling and that sibling has a protector. What does this mean? You have to work together! But you don't have to like each other. Also if your partner is somewhere away from their assigned and you're nearby act if something happens to them. Don't just shrug it off. Protectors can be either gender, but let's keep boys and girls equal. So if there are two guys for one kingdom let's have two girls for another kingdom. As a Protector you can have abilities that match your kingdom, which can be granted by mixed blood lines over many years. Or you can be skilled in another skill. Not all will be allowed mix-blood abilities though. Too many and I will start rejecting them. Ⅴ. Royals! You all are enemies when you first meet, but try to not all act the same. Some of you may actually want peace, some may not. Sibling however shouldn't see each other as enemies... Shouldn't... Doesn't mean they can't though. Also I don't want all stereotyped princes and princesses. If I see one to many snobby little girls who can't wait to fall in love or little boys who just want to be left alone... I'll snap... Sooooo...Show some creativity. Ⅵ. To join! Send me a reserve of who you'd like to be. Then send me the profile. Ⅶ. I reserve the right to add more rules as need be. VIII. For your first post you should be arriving to the "Neutral area" Which will be the old castle that the original Element siblings grew up in. The castle is in the middle of the land and surrounded by a small town and a forest. To the north of the castle is a large river that threads through the land and may be used to get to the Kingdom of Old. VIIII. Other characters can be made to make things interesting. These characters can be rebels who are against the Royals, people who's families never left the Kingdom of Old, or anything else you can think of. You may even create another Royal (A younger or older sibling to the two chosen) That have an agenda of their own. To do this send in a reserve titled "I'm Hidden". With the reserve tell me a little about the character you want to add. Once I give the ok send in the profile saying "Shaking things up" . IV. New! Royals you do have a sibling. When sending in a reserve please make sure that you check to see if your sibling is already taken or not and what they put as their last name. Siblings usually don't have different lasts names and the first here gets to choose. If you still wish to use a different last name please make sure you explain why the two siblings have different last names. (ie: Different mothers, trying to disown their royal blood, ect.) G uide Us...

Who We Are....
♡ Fire ~ The royals from this kingdom use offense in almost everything. They are able to bend fire from thin air and are well versed in many fighting styles. Their kingdom is in the most southern regions where it is sunny most of the year and they have little worry of rain.
♣ Earth ~Those from the Earth kingdom are skilled in defense and offense. They are known to shift the earths surface and use their powers to help plants grow. Their kingdom is found to the West in the vast valleys and hills.
♢Water ~The Water royals are healers. Their powers can be used in an attack form but they prefer to use them to heal the wounded. They have a vast knowledge of different plants and animals in the water and what they can be used for. Their kingdom is found to the East on the shores of the open sea. ♠Air ~Air royals are able to shift air currents however they please. They are whimsical and free to their own ways. They also are known for anger issues and taking someone's air source when they feel. Their kingdom is found in the mountains to the far North West.
♝Light ~The royals of the Light kingdom are in theory very pure. Their powers are of dreams, being able to bring the to light for a period of time. They can also cause illusions of delight. Their kingdom is to the North on the higher plains where they can see everything around them.

Azure Keegan Haven Light Prince
Azure had actually been in the neutral castle well before any of the other royals. It wasn't because he was anxious at all, it was because he felt that it was his duty to make sure things went smoothly. He knew all the benefits of this little arrangement, whether he was liking it or not. He was a royal, it was his job to help try to get the peace all the nations needed. His happiness did not need to be granted. He was born to do what he could for everyone. He knew that, he learned it a long time ago. However, there was one thing he wasn't keen on. It was his sister being forced into this as well. Why not just have the first born go through this. Again though, he knew the reasons behind it as much as he hated to admit it. Peace could not be gained without some sacrifices of happiness.
Azure already had finished unpacking his things in his room that he would be staying in. He looked down at Tsuki, his wolf. He smiled softly as he placed a hand on Tsuki's head. "I know girl, not what we are use to, but not much we can do about it. It's our duty." Azure gave a half hearted smile as Tsuki tilted her head and whined a little. Though the two could not actually talk to each other, it was like they knew what they were saying to each other by the emotions.
Walking to the balcony in his room, Azure looked out. He knew the other royals would be arriving soon. He leaned on the ledge as he looked up at the sky. He needed the strength from the light Gods and Goddesses to help him through this. His sharp blue eyes darted towards the front of the castle. Though he could not see the gates from his room, he was hoping he'd see just something, anything to let him know the others where actually coming. The worst thing that could happen was the royals backing out of this. If the royal children did back out, even from one kingdom, it would leave that kingdom to have to fend for themselves. Peace would not be guaranteed then.
Azure stood back up and walked out of his room. Walking the long hallway, down the many stairs. He figured since he finished doing the basics here, it was about time he started to get acquainted to the many rooms of this castle. He was hoping to find one room that would be rarely use that he could call his own besides his bedroom. Tsuki followed close by Azure's heels.

Cain Faust Oceanus
Water Prince
Cain was nearing the neutral castle, where he'd be staying for god knows how long. He was in a carriage being led to this place. Honestly, he was just going here not because he was forced to. All right, that was part of it. If he didn't come here his title was going to be stripped, which he didn't want. The reason that motivated him though was hoping the royal females would be good looking and he'd get in bed with them. Hopefully they would be good in the bed. His favorite type of women where big chested, but honestly boobs where boobs, but he had favorites.
"Hurry it up!" Cain shouted to the driver of the carriage. He hated sitting so long with nothing to do. He did not come with his sister. He could care less for his sibling. The way he looked at it, she got more attention than he did from their parents which was good and bad. They were distracted so he could do whatever the hell he wanted, but bad because he should be the one to get all the attention.
Soon the carriage pulled to a stop. "About damn time," he mumbled as Cain waited for the door to be opened by one of the servants that helped drive the carriage. The door opened and he jumped out. His eyes looked at the castle, it was large, but he wasn't impressed. "Pathetic." He headed inside the castle. He just hoped some of the women where here already so he could start flirting with them.

Allen Hawke Mistral Air Prince Location: Main courtyard in the Neutral Castle Who am I with: Cain
Allen had just woken up about three hours ago. He was in no hurry to get to the arrangement. As much as it fully didn't bother him, it was more to the point he wasn't getting the option to choose someone he wanted to marry. In fact, that was one of the points he had made to his parents. Didn't they want him to be happy? Of course they did, but this was just too good of an opportunity to unite the kingdoms. So of course, Allen lost the argument. The only true good thing out of this was that his sister was going to be there. He hadn't seen her since the last ball and that was about five months ago. One thing he was informed that he'd have to do was keep an eye on his sister. Make sure she didn't kill any royals.
Allen was quite bored on the carriage ride there. A servant tried talking with him, but he just wasn't in the mood to talk. He was bored. All he could do was try to enjoy the ride best he could. Which meant falling asleep again for a nap. The carriage stopped and he opened up one eye. All right they where here. He jumped out of the carriage without any help of a servant. Ah, the air felt good! He looked around and noticed whom he believed was Cain, the water Prince. He wasn't quite sure, but he could guess. He ran right over to Cain, with a big, perhaps stupid grin on his lips. "Hey! Names Allen ah...wait Prince Allen Mistral from the Air kingdom." He grinned. He had been told to be formal here which might be a bit difficult for him to always remember to do so. He looked around a bit wondering if his sister was here already.

Eliza sighed as she walked around the castle. She had gotten here before her brother. Her parents couldn't wait to get rid of her. As she looked outside she saw Allen had arrived and grinned. "Not that I can let him know I'm happy." She said to herself, as she jumped out the window and user an air current to safely land herself with the other royals.
"Good morning, Allen." She said, coldly. She looked at the other Royal who was there and could tell by his clothes right away that he was from the water kingdom. "I'm guessing you're the brat from the water kingdom." Eliza said, rolling her eyes. This whole thing was stupid. There was no way in hell she was getting married to some stranger. The thought of marriage repulsed her own it's on. The only person she had ever considered was her protecter, Ciel, but she could never let him know that.
Eliza poked at the ground with her right foot and sighed. "Why us?" She wondered out loud.

Donovan GardinierEarth Prince He had been awake for some time when a servant knocked at his door. He was in the middle of one of his favorite books and tried to shoo the woman away, but to no avail. She had fluttered around his room preparing clothes his father had pre-chosen and making his well slept in bed. With a heavy sigh he stood and pushed the wide eyed girl out of his room before shutting the door and adjusting a chair under the handle so she could not reenter. It was the day and he knew that meant his father was going to try and take control yet again. Deciding to get ready he stripped of his night clothes and pulled on a simple outfit, perfect for riding. A black collared top and riding slacks along with a white cape to shield him from winds while on his horse. Once finished with this and pulling his tangled hair into an acceptable look he removed the chair and walked out of the room, ignoring the servants pleads for him to wear what his father had chosen.
Donovan would have loved to slip away and enjoy the last little time he left before his departure out in the fields of their kingdom, but as soon as he stepped into the common area of the palace he was surrounded by his mother and the other women who had watched him grow. They dotted on him, saying that this would finally be his time. He smiled and kissed his mother's head, trying not to hurt them with his own thoughts on this topic. He would have preferred not to have to go. He didn't want to be told who he must marry. And truly he didn't care about ruling any kingdom let alone all. But his mother's smiling face caused him to not mention any of it. She just wanted him and his sister to be happy and well taken care of. And holding court over all the united kingdoms would do that.
He was tied up with the women for some time before his father stole him away and tried to convince him one last time. "This is what you were born for. To rule over the greatest kingdom." The older man stated, not even bothering to look at his son. "You can not allow a woman, no matter who she is, steal this from you." He was talking about his sister. The one this man easily chose over him. But Donovan didn't care. His sister was a natural at the whole leader thing. She seemed to enjoy it and he had no lust for it, so she could do the fighting for the title. He would just sit back and watch it all unfold. Hell he planned on helping her win if he could.
"Don't worry about me, father." He eyed the man before turning to leave. "I will do what was meant to be." With that he walked from the room and out to the stables. Originally he was going to head off with his sister, but now he wasn't in the mood. He just wanted to get there and get it all over with. Finding his steed, the man mounted the horse, his few things already tied to the saddle, and steered it from the barn. Once in the open he nudged the beast into a full gallop. Not slowing until he could no longer see his home and not stopping until he saw that or the Old Kingdom. He stared in awe for some time before leading the horse through the cracked streets towards the castle. The place looked as if it was plucked from the stories of old and placed there, perfectly untouched by human hands and crafted by that of gods. Slipping off of the beast he allowed a servant who had greeted him at the front to take the creature to the barns after he had until his knapsack from it. He then looked about, noting the two other males and a female not too far away. They most be the other royals, though for the life of him, he didn't know from what kingdom nor the names. That was something his sister might have known since she was forced to learn about the other kingdoms, he had snuck out during that lesson.

The journey there went very quickly for her, since she had taken her mother's advice and slept on the way. She was feeling a little better by the time she arrived, but she was still a little bit tired regardless. Ember simply woke herself up though before heading out of the carriage. She was a bit amazed as she looked over the kingdom they had arrived at, both eager to explore and suddenly uncertain. With a sigh, she took a long moment to say goodbye to the horse she'd come to adore, until they were telling her she should get going. With a nod she ventured forward until she found a place to sit and observe, what appeared to be a partially crumbled stone wall, looking around for any other royals. She was almost anxious about seeing the Light Prince, unsure about how she would feel about all that. Steeling herself, she closed her eyes and focused on calm. She was very much aware that when her emotions ran high anger tended to follow, something she didn't want.
When she'd manged to ensure she wasn't going to be losing her temper any time soon, she held out her hand as a fireball collected in it. It grew a bit until a magnificent Phoenix emerged from it perched on her arm. Despite it appearing to be made of pure fire it gave off little heat, and didn't leave any sort of mark on her arm. She smiled as she reached over with her other hand to pet it's chest. "Hello my friend, feel like helping me explore for a moment?" she asked. After it nuzzled her hand for a moment with it's beak, it let out a cry and took to the sky. It flew a decent ways away from her and scanned the ground, looking at anything that might be of interest. Ember meanwhile closed her eyes and could see exactly what it saw, looking for any of the other royals. She gave it a moment or two before she decided she didn't really see anyone that looked to be of royal blood outside the castle grounds, perhaps a few in the courtyard though none she could recognize from a bird's eye view, so with a sigh she willed her phoenix back to her, and once it vanished grabbed her things and headed down a path to the castle. She started to head through the main courtyard, pausing while she thought she was still unnoticed. She took note of what she was assuming one princess and two princess's being there, and grew nervous. She looked for a moment at the black haired prince that gave her a bad vibe, before quickly veering off to look for a side entrance to the castle. [/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul]

" she said quietly. The small snake seemed to understand as it secured itself around her neck without choking her, and in the next moment Lotus was running off as fast as she could again. She made her way to the stables, taking note that the horses seemed tired still and prayed silently that she wouldn't anger or somehow harm the creature that would take her to her destination. The last thing she needed, she thought, was to have a tired horse go too slow or trip up, or anger it and get tossed off it's back, further delaying her time away from her charge. Quickly calming herself, she grabbed up a grey mare that she had taken quite a liking to, riding bareback as she rode out of the stables. Feeling urgency, she had the horse galloping at a fast pace, but made sure she wouldn't strain or injure the poor thing. When she finally made it to the neutral grounds, she slowed the mare a bit as she made her way to the stables. After locating them and dismounting, allowing herself a short moment so as to check over and care for the horse, she lead the grey mare to some water and ensured she drank after that run before petting her side a bit and leaving the stable area. She then checked and made sure her little snake friend, whom she was relieved was still perfectly alright and secure in his spot around her neck. When she entered it was silently, glancing around out of habit to check for safety, and possible ways out should things go wrong. She moved silently by anyone she happened to pass, barely even looking at them, deciding she would introduce herself later and hurried off. Instead of looking for her room she simply slung her bag over her shoulder and started to run about the halls, looking for Azure. Relaxed now that she knew her prince wasn't in any immediate danger, she merely leaned against the wall at the end of the hall and kept watch, waiting until Azure noticed her and gave her permission to approach, if he even wanted her to. She took the moment to take another look around, her eyes scanning the area out of habit once again for any possible threats, dangers, or ways of escape should the need arise.[/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul][/ul]
