Shira Mizura and Lunamon
Shira heard BlackGatomon say that her partner was here and that he was someone she and Kusara knew very well. She looked over the direction that she heard foot steps approaching. Her eyes went wide in shock when she saw that it was her older brother Kuro as she watched him walk over to BlackGatomon. "B-Brother your BlackGatomon's p-partner?" Shira asked Kuro with a scared tone in her voice as she saw him reply with a nod. MarineAngemon was terrified from sensing the crest of darkness that was around Kuro's neck as he started whimpering in fear. Lunamon was frozen in fear from looking into Kuro's crimson red eyes.

"Is that it? Only destroy me? Oh come on, you're not even trying, are you?" Miya leaned in closer to Dea's ear. "Come on... Imagine it... Your friends, family, those closest to your heart... Butchered. Mutilated. Right before your eyes. Let it all out, your wrath, your hate, your desires! Let it out!" Miya whispered as she leaned back in her rolling chair again, a soft grin on her lips as she watched her handiwork take hold. Dorumon, in the mean time, had turned back to look at Teddymon, shaking his head at her. "Feel that? The beginning of the end. Soon the Digital World will begin to crumble, and we will stand atop as it is born anew." The Dracomon twins grinned widely as the arena below exploded into a massive fireball, all four Digimon that had been fighting were nothing but digidust. The arena was shaking with applause and cheering as many of the Digimon serving the Darkness stood and began to file out, most of them returning to their duties. One in particular, however, left the castle and was heading straight for the fighting taking place in the forest. His name was Reapmon. The 'Sublime Lord' of the Digital world, the Soul Snatcher to many, the manifestation of Gluttony. Though he constantly states that his 'power is not full', they doubt his words, since hardly any Digimon dared challenge him to combat. Reapmon, however, would soon know that his 'true purpose' was in the forest as well, with a girl and her Digimon. Deep below, in the darkest depths of the Net Ocean, the point which was thinnest between the Digital World and the Dark Area, something stirred. Something massive, a behemoth in it's own right, something that had not stirred in thousands of years, according to the legends of the Digital World. It's presence, along with it's six brothers, were all but lost, even the hieroglyphs that one Digidestined, Izzy, only mentioned by their crushing power, most everything else either destroyed, or read like garbled nonsense. |

Davis called out in alarm as he watched his partner collapse after becoming what looked like a digimon pincushion after being hit repeatedly by Astamon's Hellfire attack. He rushed over to where Veemon had fallen and lifted the small, unconscious digimon in his arms. Looking around the area, it seemed that Kristoph's partner had also reverted back to the Rookie level, although Dorumon was still conscious at least. As Kuro arrived to join his partner, Davis was becoming increasingly aware of just how futile this situation had become. With Veemon unconscious, he didn't even have any way left to fight. There was, however, one small glimmer of hope. Whoever that crazy girl who had arrived riding on the dragon-shaped comet was, she and her partner seemed to mean business and they had already utterly annihilated Orochimon with one attack. And, thankfully, they appeared to be on his side, unlike the boy who had arrived and been introduced as Black Gatomon's partner or the blue-haired guy who had shown up with Astamon and Mikemon. Considering what Astamon had just done to his partner, Davis shot an angry glare at the demon man digimon. Unfortunately, that was all he could do for the moment with Veemon unconscious like this. He also realized that somehow he was going to have to make it back to the real world without being able to rely on Veemon's help. |

Accompanying NPC's: N/A "Izzy, I know you're busy doing research, but I think you'd better take a look at this," Tentomon was staring, fixated on the signal that had just suddenly appeared in the region of the Net Ocean on the map of the digital world. Izzy turned away from his desktop to look at the map display monitor. His jaw dropped. It was the largest digimon signal he had ever seen. The only one that might even come close was Armageddemon and even he was dwarfed by this new signal. Izzy had to wonder just what sort of a digimon could possibly possess so much data. "I think I'd better warn Davis and the others who were still in the digital world to get out of there," Izzy spoke as he turned back to his computer and brought up a new browser window to start typing up an e-mail. |

Deanna heard the whispers of Miya in her ear and she hissed, how dare this woman talk about those she cared about. She began to glow a darker color and the crest beside her also began to glow the same dark color. The interlocking circles of her crest changed into a sword like shape that looked bloody. She smirked as she used her abilities to break out of her bindings and ripped off the blindfold. She jumped off the table and glared at the woman. " You touch anyone I care for, it will be you on that table. I will not let you hurt any of them,"she answered. Teddymon shivered, she knew something was wrong and she felt so trapped. She had always shared a strong bond with her partner, she knew something was very wrong with her. " What have you done to my friend?"she growled out in anger. |

Astamon's Followers: Mikemon Razuko paled slightly when he saw the digidestined whose partner had so handily exterminated Orochimon. Oh man, Jake is seriously going to kill me if anything happens to her, Razuko thought to himself in alarm. Of course, he had no way of even knowing that Crystal was a digidestined until just now. But the fact that she and her partner had so willfully gotten themselves involved with Astamon and his followers, not to mention the fact that Kuro and Black Gatomon were also present with one of their Devidramon, meant that defending Crystal was going to be difficult, if not totally impossible for him. Fortunately, Astamon seemed more amused than angry about Orochimon's destruction. Then again, that was probably because it looked like Kuro and Black Gatomon were about to get exactly what they came for without anyone else putting up much of a fight. "It looks like they're about ready to wrap things up here," noted Mikemon as she rejoined Astamon. Since it looked like Dorumon was no longer inclined to continue putting up a fight, Mikemon had no reason to carry on attacking him. "Indeed," Astamon agreed. He had no interest in wasting his energy on Crystal and Snow Agumon for the moment. |

That's it!" Miya cried as she jumped to her feet, her Crest of Lust resonating for a moment with Dea's new found power, and the new form of her crest. "Ahahaha! That's what we've been waiting for! Now you're awake! Awake and ready!" Purple flames began to dance around Miya's hands and shoulders as she grinned wickedly. This was Miya's 'Dark Power', the Flames of Lust. "Now, Dea, you're going to lead us. Lead us into a new era of the Digital World." Behind Dea, the wall fell away, the wall was false to begin with, the sight below was that of a massive great hall, filled with Digimon ranging from the size of a baby Digimon to a massive beast like SkullGreymon, one of which stood near the rear of the hall. Above the gathering floated the hidden mastermind behind everything; MetalPhantomon, the large red orb and red blade of his scythe were the brightest sources of light in the entire hall. Miya walked towards the edge of the 'room' and nodded to MetalPhantomon, who nodded in return. "Ladies, gentlemen, she has awakened!" MetalPhantomon roared, the room shaking as the gathering below erupted into cheering and applause. "Our Queen is here! The Queen of our new kingdom!" Miya turned to Dea, his eyes glinting in the dim light. Above the castle had begun to form a large mass of dark clouds, the gathering dark energies triggering an anomaly in the sky. Far beneath the Net Ocean, the beast stirred, several of his legs stretching out and touched down onto the ocean floor, creating several tremors with each foot that touched down. The beast's body slowly began stretch out, his curled sleeping state making his body seem... Somewhat smaller than it had. Now, as it reached it's full length, all four clawed feet dug into the ocean floor, as the beast opened it's eyes, their bright yellow color piercing in the darkness. Digimon within a two mile radius could feel the beast's presence, and fled, even the 'fearless' MetalSeadramon. A shadow added itself onto Astamon's, having come from the direction of the castle. A voice softly spoke to Astamon, as if a tiny being was sitting on his shoulder. "I have arrived, Astamon... I see you and your partner are doing well... And that I no longer need to assist in this debacle." Came the voice of Reapmon.

Kusara and Antylamon  Anytylamon quickly moved out of the way when AeroVeedramon attacked Orochimon with his Dragon Impulse attack destroying the snake digimon. She and Kusara then saw Kuro arrive walking over to his partner. Kusara then looked over at Kuro with a serious look on her face. "Kuro what is your reason for capturing our younger sister and MarineAngemon?" Kusara asked Kuro with serious tone in her voice. Antylamon then stood next to Kusara as she transformed her arms back to normal.  |

Astamon's Followers: Mikemon "Indeed," Astamon answered as he continued to watch how the situation was progressing. Seeing the dark clouds that were forming above the castle was certainly encouraging. "Although, if you had arrived sooner, you might have gotten to have a bit of fun with them. But don't be too disappointed. There will be other opportunities to make sport of our enemies." It hadn't gone unnoticed by Astamon that Razuko seemed to recognize the girl whose partner had defeated Orochimon. However, Astamon had decided not to comment on it, although he did plan on sending another powerful digimon out to deal with the troublesome pair once he and his partner were safely back inside the castle. Razuko couldn't concern himself with what he didn't know so Astamon would just have to leave him in the dark about it. Mikemon yawned and stretched, becoming bored now that she was no longer needed for anything urgent. "Are we finished here yet? I could really use a catnap." |

Deanna arched an eyebrow as Miya spoke and flames seemed to dance around the woman's presence. Then she saw a wall come down and heard cheers around her and she wondered what was going on. The new queen, they must be kidding, that was not something she was interested in. She growled as she turned to the direction of Miya, her arms crossing in front of her as she did so. " Sorry, but I have places to be, I am no one's queen. You must have me mistaken with someone else,"she replied calmly. |

Accompanying NPC's: N/A Still worrying over Veemon, Davis heard the beep from his D-Terminal that signaled the arrival of a new e-mail message. Still hanging onto Veemon with one arm, he dug the D-Terminal out of his jacket pocket and flipped it open so he could read the new message. Suffice to say, he didn't like what Izzy had to say. How the heck am I supposed to make it out of here when there are enemies all around and I'm this far from the nearest Digi Port? Davis wondered to himself. He couldn't just abandon all these other digidestined who had been fighting so hard to protect Shira and Marine Angemon. Not to mention he seriously doubted that guy with the Black Gatomon would just allow him to leave quietly. Still, he thought it might be a good idea to warn everyone about what Izzy had written about in that e-mail. "Hey guys, just thought I should let you know, Izzy says there's some really big digimon signal surfacing somewhere and it might be a good idea to be out of the way when it finishes surfacing," Davis explained awkwardly. It wasn't like he really even knew what the heck he was talking about. He just had to hope that everyone would at least understand the urgency of what he was saying. |

Kuro Mizura and BlackGatomon Kuro looked over at the dark castle noticing the mass of dark clouds. He then looked at his older sister as he heard her ask why he captured Shira and MarineAngemon. "My reason for capturing MarineAngemon is none of your concern Kusara. As for my reason for capturing our little sister is to protect her and her partner." Kuro said calmly to Kusara as he walked towards Lunamon. He looked down at Shira's partner as he noticed that she had shyness as Shira. "You have the same shyness as Shira." Kuro said calmly to Lunamon as he looked over at Davis. He then extened out his left hand as his crest of darkness glowed dark purple and he created a dark portal that led back to the entrance of the dark castle. Devidramon used his tail to grab Lunamon as it began to head towards the dark portal carrying Shira and MarineAngemon it's claw while carrying Lunamon in it's tail. BlackGatomon then looked over Mikemon hearing her say that she could really use a catnap. "Your not the only one." BlackGatomon said to Mikemon since she was feeling a bit tired.  |

Accompanying NPC's: N/A Looking around, it seemed like everyone's attention was now on the boy standing next to the Black Gatomon. Crystal immediately recognized him as the one who had appeared in the Dark Area during her partner's battle with Cerberumon. She hadn't been able to see him clearly then, but she had caught a glimpse of his Crest of Darkness and there was no mistaking his malevolent presence. The next thing Crystal noticed was that she actually recognized one of the other digidestined in the immediate area as her brother's old friend, Razuko, but she'd never known him to be a digidestined until now. However, there were several digimon standing in close proximity to him so it was unclear which of them was his actual partner, let alone which side of this battle he was supposed to be on. Then she saw the large mass of dark clouds that had begun to form above the castle in the distance and her first instinct was that she and Snow Agumon shouldn't be here. Especially after hearing what Davis had to say about the message he'd gotten from Izzy. Of course, Crystal only assumed that it must have been the same Izzy she frequently received messages from since he seemed very keen on keeping tabs on absolutely everything that ever went on inside the digital world. If Izzy said that a very big digimon was surfacing and that it was a good idea to evacuate from the digital world, then that was good enough for Crystal. "Come on, we're not staying here," Crystal spoke up grabbing Snow Agumon by the arm and tugging him back into the cover of the forest to search for the area's Digi Port so they could retreat back to the real world. For now, at least, it looked like no one intended to stop them from leaving. |

Astamon's Followers: Mikemon "It looks like it's time to return to the castle," Astamon spoke as he headed toward the dark portal that had been opened by Kuro. Razuko followed closely after him, pausing only briefly to watch as Crystal and her partner disappeared into the forest. He was relieved to see that they didn't intend to pursue his group any further. "Looks like we'll get to relax after all," Mikemon said to Black Gatomon. She then eagerly followed behind Astamon and Razuko. |

Accompanying NPC's: N/A Seeing that the fight was apparently over for now and that all the bad guys were apparently leaving, Davis decided to follow Crystal's example and started heading into the forest while still carrying his unconscious partner. There wasn't anything he could do to stop Kuro and Black Gatomon from taking Shira if she was the guy's sister. With Veemon still unconscious Davis couldn't exactly help that Marine Angemon either. So, the only choice now was to head to the Digi Port to make it back to the real world so he could regroup with the rest of his team. "Hey, wait up!" Davis called after Crystal since he knew they were traveling in the same direction and it would be better to stick with someone who had a digimon that could still fight and also happened to be an ally. Or, at least, Davis assumed these two were his allies since they had come along just in time to vaporize Orochimon. Crystal did, in fact, stop to wait for him along with her partner. "You wouldn't happen to know where the Digi Port for this area is located, would you? Snow Agumon and I haven't really explored this area before. By the way, I'm Crystal." "Uh yeah... I'm Davis," Davis was dumbstruck. Did they seriously just run off into the forest without any idea of where they were going? With how sure of themselves Crystal and Snow Agumon had been acting before, Davis definitely wasn't expecting that. "The Digi Port is this way," he added taking the lead. Come to think of it, Crystal seemed familiar somehow. She kind of looked like a girl that used to go to his school. No, scratch that, she looked exactly like a girl that used to go to his school. "Wait, weren't you with the Odaiba junior high school karate club at last year's martial arts tournament?" Of course, the only reason he recognized her was because he'd been at the tournament to cheer for Ken since he'd been asked to participate on the team from the Tamachi junior high school as sort of a celebrity guest star. "Well yeah, but since our team didn't win I didn't think anybody still cared about that," Crystal replied nonchalantly. "But, of course, after that was graduation so I'm in high school now." After that they reached the Digi Port. Davis brought out his D3 and went through first, taking Veemon with him. He arrived back in the computer lab at the junior high school. Veemon was so exhausted from the injuries he had sustained from Astamon as Ex Veemon that he actually reverted into Demi Veemon once they were back in the real world. |
