Samantha Willows- Gentle Woman/Guard Wolf
Samantha groaned as she woke up, her eyes fluttering open, only for her to have to close them again because of a bright light over her head. She tried again to open her eyes, but this time she did it slowly, so her eyes could start to become adjusted to the light. When she did, she noticed she was on her back and the bright light was coming from what looked like a surgery light right above her. Where in the world was she? Last thing she remembered before waking up here was heading out of the zoo at closing time, then a hand over her mouth. She had remembered smelling something sweet, then she blacked out after that.
"
Hello, anyone here?"she called out.
Sammy was tied down to a table. It had only been a few short hours since the zoo closing and her capture. Adam was the one to take her and bring her back to the lab. He was seasoned at doing such tasks. Along with fusing humans with the animal DNA. He preferred to always ask the human what animal they liked or felt best to them. Sometimes he'd make a game out of it, seeing if they would just tell him their favorite animals, or if he wanted to scare them and tell them exactly what was going to happen. Then he'd get the option of choosing the animal. Adam had already done the basics of making sure Sammy's DNA was going to be able to take hold of the fusion. "
What animal do you like?" He finally spoke as he walked into view. There were counters that held plenty of liquids. Many of them labeled of an animal. Personally, Adam did not think that this young girl would be suited well with a strong animal. No, she seemed a bit too soft for that. He placed a hand gently on Sammy's cheek and stroke her cheek. "
No need to be shy, just answer my question and we'll be good."Samantha turned her head slightly when she heard a voice, why did this strange man want to know what animals she liked? That was the world's oddest question, at least in her opinion. When he touched and stroked her cheek, she practically froze, what did this man think he was doing. Her heart hammered in her chest in worry, she didn't like this at all, something was wrong here.
"
That is none of your business,"she replied in an angry tone.
Adam gave an annoyed sigh.
"Fine, be like that. I shall surprise you then. When the sun comes up tomorrow you will find out exactly what you will be. Here I thought such a pretty little thing like yourself, you were going to be a bit more...fun." Adam shook his head as he leaned over and kissed the top of Samantha's forehead. "
It isn't like I care what you become. After I turn you, I more than likely will never get to see this pretty face of yours again." Surely all of this was just sounding like made talk to the poor girl. Adam was indeed special, where some would even say insane, but he always choose the right animal for the right person. At least he seemed to. Maybe it was just luck. Thing of it was this was the only thing he actually knew how to do well in the labs.
Adam walked away from Samantha for a moment as he started to mix what he needed to mix.
"One last chance. What animal do you like?" Adam was just about finished with the ratio mixture all he needed was the animal DNA and then he'd be set to go to inject the girl.
Samantha thought this man was missing a few marbles, what did he mean she would get to find out in the morning? She felt sick to her stomach as he kissed the top of her head, a light blush on her cheeks when he called her pretty. She told herself he was a creep though, nice words or not, he was up to something. She watched him mixing something and she gulped, this was not good at all.
"
I like horses, wolves, and lions,"she whispered. She didn't know why she told him, but she figured she might as well.
"Hm, all right. I think I have the perfect idea for you. I might just get to see you again." Adam chuckled as he finished then with the final ingredient. However, he waited a moment and grabbed another syringe.
"You'll feel only a mere pinch." Adam injected the animal fusion DNA first. He waited a few moments to let her body adjust to that before injecting her with another serum. The second one would allow Hagebak to have his own personal guard dog so to speak. She would be loyal, faithful to Hagebak and the scientists.
"A beautiful majestic wolf. Ah, I should have realized you would be beautiful as a wolf. I think that animal suits you the best. Oh and there is a little secret in your dose too. You'll find out as it kicks in." Adam chuckled a bit. "
Oh, but one last thing." He then used one final syringe and placed a microchip in her back, just in case. Though she would more than likely never feel the shocks that this chip could give. Not with her being loyal to them.
Adam waited about thirty minutes before he untied Samantha.
"How do you feel? Not like a wolf yet, no. But maybe senses? Yes?" He was quite eager to see just how swiftly the loyal medicine would work. Of course he had to use some of Hagebaks genes to have her fully obey the doctor, but that was minor. It would give the scientists the added protection they so needed. Especially with that other damn wolf, Dylan. Anyway, Samantha's body surely would not feel any different. Not until the morning at least. However, her nose might have 'burned' a bit as her nose got adjusted to being able to smell rather well. Her ears may have rang a bit as she would be able to hear better as well. Most importantly her mind was probably racing at moments trying to figure out who was part of her 'pack' now.
Samantha shivered a little as he mentioned he might see her again, she didn't want to see this loon again. When he got another syringe up, she froze where she was, she hated needles. She almost let out a snort of laughter when he said she would feel a pinch. She felt him inject her with the first needle, she flinched slightly as she felt that familiar pinch. Then when he just stood there waiting, she wondered if he had changed his mind about the other one. Then before she knew it, the second one was injected into her and she let out a squeak of pain. When he started talking about wolves and some kind of secret, she actually let out a laugh, thinking this man was certifiably crazy.
For the next half an hour, her head started to swim and she felt like she was searching for something. Her nose was driving her crazy, it was itchy and burned..though she didn't know why. When Adam spoke again, she yelped in pain, did he have to speak so loud?
"
Could you please keep it down, you don't have to shout,"she told him as she sat up and rubbed her ear.
Adam chuckled as Samantha mentioned that he was talking loudly. "
I'm not talking loud at all, my dear. Your senses are just merely waking up. That's all. You'll get the hang of it sooner or later." He once more placed a hand on her cheek, gently, and gazed into her eyes. Samantha's eyes even looked more animalistic now. Beautiful. He loved how the fusions looked in their human forms. Their eyes, their beautiful, piercing eyes! Adam found himself leaning in and kissing Samantha's soft lips.
"So beautiful. Do you feel like your pack are the scientists?" Adam had received complaints before that he was harassing the new fusions when they entered, but he didn't care. He was told to stop, but how cold he when he found the fusions to be so beautiful! Besides, Samantha was the first one he could actually kiss without her being tied down!
Samantha gave him a confused look, what did he mean he wasn't talking loudly, it felt like he was shouting at her. He had said something about her senses waking up, what in the world was he talking about? When she felt his hand on her cheek again, her cheeks flushed and she got a good whiff of him. For some reason, the smell of him was soothing to her, but why was that? This is the creep that kidnapped her, she shouldn't want him anywhere near him. When he kissed her, she was taken by surprise and then his next words really took her through a loop. The scientists...were they her pack? Now that he mentioned it, she had an urge to protect people and she hadn't ran away from him.
"
I...I feel a need to protect the people here...I don't know why,"she admitted quietly.
Adam smirked as he watched Samantha and then listened to her speak. "
I told you, we are your pack. I think it is time for you to meet Dr. Hagebak. He'll want to see my newest creation." Adam walked over to his door, opening it. "
Come on now, follow me." Adam led Samantha down the hallways through a mount of twists and turns. Soon enough, they reached Dr. Hagebak's door, which was open. Adam frowned and peered inside. There he was, Dylan, on the floor being shocked. When was this fusion going to learn? Adam sighed, shaking his head as he walked in. "
Dr. Hagebak, I see you have...company. However, I have a new fusion and I think you really should meet her."
Adam frankly did not care if Dylan over heard or not. Perhaps he'd just be fueling Dylan's hatred with the scientists, but he frankly just did not care. "
This is Samantha, she is fused with the wolf DNA, however, she has a little bit more than that to her. She is part of 'our pack'. She will obey you, Dr. Hagebak and protect you along with the other workers here."
Samantha still didn't understand why he called them her pack, but deep down, she understood that they felt like family to her. She followed after Adam as he left the room, wondering how anyone did not get lost with so many directions she had been taken in before they arrived at their destination. She noticed the door was opened and wondered if that was normal. When they walked inside and she saw what was happening, she gasped and then let out a warning growl in Dylan's direction. Wait, had that sound just come from her?! She turned to Dr. Hagebak when she was introduced, curtsying in his direction.
"
It is nice to meet you, sir. I do hope I can help you,"she spoke. She felt a pull to this man, like she would lay down her life for him, if she needed to.
