Chaos showed the stretches to do and did them with Clovis. He was going to have them go for a short jog, or perhaps in Clovis' case a walk. He doubted porky could get very far with jogging. Then jumping jacks, push ups, whatever he could to help get this pig to be a steed instead. He doubted though that Clovis would keep up with it though when he left this little thing. "Yea...she'll regret not changing." He tilted his head as he watched Stray and Elizabeth. "It'll just get ruined but then that might mean." He grinned a bit as he could only imagine her dress being ripped enough that it would accidently show off her breasts. "Huh, I find her so what? Stunning? That's easy. I find plenty of people stunning. Especially the ones who are extremely comfortable with their bodies." He explained.
"Why don't we go ahead and do some push up's. I don't expect you to do the military style yet. So we'll modifiy it for you." Chaos got down and whoed Clovis how to do a modified push up which was on the knees. "I use to have to do these when I first joined." He chuckled a bit. He was hoping that Clovis wouldn't give him too much of trouble with this. So far he hadn't, but they were starting to do more than just stretching. They were starting to do actual 'work'.
Stray watched Elizabeth. She was mad for sex! Surely he had read her file but he did not believe her to be so...well this. "I will not change you. You are a grown woman, you know how to do that yourself. I really could care less if you train in this or in the military training outfits. If your jewelry get caught on something and hurts you, it is not my problem." Of course if she did get hurt he'd help her, he wasn't heartless. Still, he was hoping to call her bluff with this. Or, he was hoping this was a bluff of hers. "I am the one in charge, Elizabeth, not you. Now, if you do not want to change, we shall start the day. Stretching first and then we will go into excersises."
Amelia was already a day late heading to the Royal Ranger thing. Frankly she could care less. She was busy picking out the outfits and the jewelry she wanted to bring along. She was told to keep it to one case, but that was impossible. How dare anybody tell her what she could or couldn't do! She was already annoyed for the fact that father had sent Clovis on ahead without her! Clovis was her big brother and the only one in this castle that seemed to really get her. The long carriage ride there, Amelia was quite bored. She played with her jewelry deciding what would look good with what outfit. They had actually rode very early in the morning . More to the point that she had been rudely awaken and brought to the carriage before she was fully finished with making herself up for the day. At least having a bag of her jelwery in the carriage kept her busy for the most part. Soon, she finally reached the gate of this place. Amelia climbed out of the carriage with the help of two servants. "Ugh! This place wrecks! And look at all the dirt! Nobody can seriously expect me to go in there!" Amelia pinched her nose to show just how disguested she was with this.
Cain arrived shortly after Amelia. Her carriage was still there infact. He climbed out of the carriage himself. His arms folded across his chest. He needed to shape up. Yea right. Father had told him that if he didn't go to this he would be striken from the will. Wonderful. He could only assume his father was quite annoyed that Cain was starting to outshine the old man. Cain couldn't help but to chuckle when he saw that Amelia found this place quite unwelcoming to say the least. Honestly, as long as this place had soldiers willing to gamble and he could drink and fuck from time to time he didn't care. "Quite your whinning, Meli. Nothing's going to change because you don't like it." He chuckled.

Harmony Adams
She had been warned about the letter from some of her fellow soldiers. There was gossip, months in advance among the soldiers about Royal Rangers, but she never expected to receive one herself. In fact she expected not to. But the day her superior officer handed her the note and told her to meet him in his offices she felt her stomach plummet. She could not believe it and it took all her will power to bite her lip and speak her protest. It took all six years of her training to accept the command that she had been given.
But still the morning she was expected to be ready for it she wanted to tell them to forget it. It was rough for Harmony to make herself get out of bed let alone pull on her armor. She was not looking forward to today at all. This might actually be the first time she would even consider hating it. She didn't want to know which of they royals that she was going to be dealing with and that frustrated her more. Whomever it was, she actually hoped that they didn't show up, then she would get out of having to train some spoiled brat and still hopefully get the pay that was promised to her. Even if that wasn't the case she wouldn't complain, she'd gladly go back to the job she was working twice as hard to let her mother retire.
But no, she wasn't going to let one little inconvenience ruin the status that she had worked so hard to build. There was no way in hell she was going to give those men something to taunt her about. She forced herself out of bed, cleaned herself up the best she could, and suited herself up in her uniform. Satisfied with her appearance, she grabbed her bow and arrows and decided to stroll around the grounds until she heard that more recruits had arrived. Sadly she did not get as much time as she hoped for, and walked towards the court yard. If she was lucky, she would have another day before dealing with what she was sure was going to be the main source of a month long headache.
She let out a frustrated sigh and entered the courtyard grounds to see just how bad things really were going to be. She saw what she realized were two more nobles and the man she had been told when she had arrived a few days prior was Captain Meinard. She sent a silent prayer to her patron hoping that there should be some mercy granted and approached her superior officer with a respectful pace and distance.

Lt. Thomas Harken It was the day he’d he dreaded, according to the official orders he was to forgo the usual training and take charge of a noble as part of some ill-conceived plan to try and change their behavior. Though he considered this a huge mistake he prepared for the inevitable aggravation his task would no doubt bring him. Amelia Aston was to be his assigned noble, this would take all of his talents to see through to a successful completion.
Thomas waited in the courtyard for sometime for charge to arrive, he knew this was going to be a difficult assignment but orders are orders. He felt most of the other officers assigned to this considered this a fool’s endeavor and had already accepted it to be a failure, he however was determined to try and make the best of the assignment. After a considerable wait the transport finally arrived and a naturally well dressed woman stepped out, with a quiet chuckle he shook his head “Miss Aston, I’m glad to see that you've arrived finally. If you would be so kind as to hurry up and follow me I will get you settled so we can begin your training.” He said in an even tone, “Feel free to bring all of your bags along, though you’ll find little use for most of what you brought with you." he added as he approached her next to the carriage.
Once he reached where she stood he stopped "My name is Lt. Harken, I will be your instructor while you are here." he said ignoring the servants gathering her things, "You will find me to be harsh but fair, so long as you follow my orders we will not have any problems." he added firmly. After allowing the servants to unload her bags he turned his attention to the bag she had brought "As of this moment you are a member of the military, that means you follow orders or pay the price." he said in the same even tone as before, "Now follow me, and please try and keep up." he added as he began to show her to the barracks looking behind him to make sure was still behind him.

Amelia saw her big brother, Clovis. She started to smile, but then saw what he was wearing. Did they seriously expect all of them to wear such things? She was about to reply to her brother, but was rudely interupted by someone by the name of Meinard. Meanie was more like it. How dare he shoo her brother away! Her eyes narrowed on the Captain. He had no right to be saying this! Just who does he think he is!? "You have some nerve, telling me what to do." She let her eyes travel to where Clovis was now. She wanted to talk to her brother and find out more about this place. And she wanted to know how he was fairing.
Before Amelia even moved, another soldier thought he had just as big of balls as the last one! He was giving her even more detailed orders! How dare anyone here!? First off, he just called her 'Miss Aston'. Not good enough. "It's your highness Amelia, or Princess Amelia. Not Miss. I'm not some commoner like you." Lady would even been better than Miss. "And I will go at my own pace. Do not tell me to hurry it up or do things your way. It clearly will not happen." She glarred at Thomas.
Finally he gave her his name. Lt. Harken. Amelia couldn't help but to roll her eyes at the leutinuant part. If he thought she was going to address him by that he was clearly mistaken. Sure she had been taught that if a soldier has a title with his or her name she should respect it and used it. However, if he was not going to address her by her title, she would not address him by his. "Excuse me? You're going to be harsh on me. Hm, no. I get to be harsh on you. You're the common soldier. Not me. I'm a princess! I shouldn't have to be here or anywhere near any of you mongruls!"
Amelia watched Thomas walk away. He was going to just ditch her. No, she doubted that. He'd come snatch her away if she went somewhere else. All right, she'd play his little game for now. Amelia slowly followed Thomas, picking up her dress as she walked not wanting it to get ruined. She would change into those miltiary uniforms if anything not to ruin her good dresses. She followed and raised a brow when they were at the barrocks. "Wait, I don't get my own room? No, no, no. I am not sharing my room with anybody else!" She shot a glare up to Thomas. "You need to do something about this, now." She folded her arms across her chest.
Chaos nodded his head in agreement with Clovis. "You're right. You'd think she'd change, but it's Elizabeth. I am finding she is quite hardheaded." Chaos' statement earlier had been both a compliment to Elizabeth, and a stab at Clovis. Whether he fully meant it remains to be uncertain. Chaos often just spoke without thinking. If his actions weren't what was getting him into trouble it was him running his mouth off. This entire time he had been quite shocked to see Clovis giving his all with these push ups. Chaos had been a bit distracted though. He was watching Elizabeth and Stray. Stray was losing the battle with Elizabeth. At least that is what he saw. Chaos was enjoying the view of almost fully seeing Elizabeth's ass. Let alone her breast where just about to flop out of her outfit as well. Oh this was a good day. When he looked back to check on Clovis, he had jogged over to the gates. Chaos tilted his head as he stood up. Great. However, it seemed Meinard was shooing Clovis back to Chaos. That was good. Chaos had to think for a moment before he realized that the female that stood at the gates was Clovis' sister, Amelia.
Chaos raised a brow. Clovis just went back to exercising and did a lot. Hm, so it would seem Clovis could blow a lot of calories whenever he was angered. He might have to keep this trump card in mind. "Not happy that your sister is here, huh?" Chaos went back down next to Clovis to also do the push ups next to him. "Your father must not be happy with you nor your sister much, huh?" He was hoping that he could keep fueling the current anger for now. "Why don't we do some jumping jacks. We did enough push ups for now." Chaos then showed him the proper way to do a jumping jack but if he couldn't keep up to doing those, he showed him a modiefied version where you still rose your arms but side stepped instead of jumping.
Stray was quite annoyed with Elizabeth. She had so freely torn up her dress without a care in the world. Of course he had taken a look at her! Every straight man would! She had a beautiful body, but her personality was clearly lacking. If anything Stray was clearly put off by how she acted. Like a slut. She even had managed to destroy one of his uniforms! One that he'd have to spend all night sewing the damn buttons back on.
As the two walked back to the training grounds, Stray and Elizabeth where getting some stares. Soldiers started to gossip as they had walked by. That confused Stray, but he had no time to actually deal with them. It was nearing ten, so it wouldn't be many more excerises before fully training with weapons. He had been curious with Elizabeth earlier so that was why he had her show her ahead of schedual what she could do. Stray took notice that Chaos had been starring their way. What was he thinking? Oh, perhaps he was looking towards Elizabeth's chest. No, that wasn't right. Chaos had given him a dirty smirk with a thumb's up. He'd ask later. "All right, there's a training course over here. I want you to run it as fast as you can." The course had tires, monkey bars, a wall with a rope, etc. "Once we do this, then we'll be working with weapons, not whips though. Swords." He wasn't going to have her ruin another one of his uniforms. They'd be using bamboo swords, something that couldn't cut but would sting if they were hit with it.

Harmony watched as LT. Harkin stormed in and pulled who she now recognized as the princess and ordered her to follow. She fought the urge to place her hand on her face at the whining tone she heard come from the princess as she protested the way he referred to her. She blocked out the princess and her whines when the princess followed him to the rooms that she would be changing in. She was relieved that there was a sense of piece and quiet, even if it was short lived like she expected.
She glanced at the others in the courtyard and noticed one of the twins, chaos she believed, working with a larger individual, and the other missing from when she had first entered. She also noticed another noble lady working with a soldier that she did not recognize. She was startled when Captain Mainard yelled for the solider she had just been watching to come near where they were standing. She saw the Captain acknowledge her arrival with a nod and she could barely respond with her own greeting before he turned his attention back on the solider. She straightened her posture and waited for the other solider to make his way over towards her.
Then Meinard gave them both their new orders and looked at the noble lady Catherine when he mentioned that is who she would currently be assigned to. She nodded quietly in consent to her orders. Captain Meinard turned his back on her and she recognized it for what it was as a sign of dismissal. She gave a silent nod to him and the soldier that she was replacing and turned to evaluate what was presented before her. With her gaze on the noble woman who still stood without a partner, she sighed, this time less mentally and more physically, and made her way towards the woman.
"Good morning Lady Catherine," She spoke calmly. She debated using the title of the woman at first until the sound of her mother's voice nagged her. From the day she was born had instilled that no matter whom you are talking to, you speak with respect until they prove they are not worthy of it. It was sound advice, she had found, and had saved her life on at least one occasion. "I'm Harmony, I will be your partner until stated otherwise," She thought it was wise not to mention that she was entering this situation almost blind. She took the moment she paused and made it last just long enough to adjust her quiver of arrows so that they relaxed across her body instead of just on her shoulder. The arrows were still in arms reach if she needed them but she had given some more room for flexibility.
"Would you be willing to inform me of the warm up exercises you have already accomplished, I would rather not waist our time making you repeat them if it can be helped. If you do not know them by name would you show me instead?" she asked as an after thought. She doubted that Catherine knew the names, but she was not going to say that to the noblewoman's face and make matters worse than they needed to be.

Thomas chuckled at her spirit “You indeed live up to your reputation miss Aston, though you’ll find I’m not impressed by your front. I have orders to do my best to teach you a useful skill, and with Vesta’s aid I WIL make a useful to this country.” He said as he led her through the courtyard, “And I am not a common soldier, I am an officer. You on the other hand are now a private under my command, drop the holier than thou attitude and you will me quite pleasant.” He added as they approached the Barracks. He showed her to the barracks he again chuckled at her comment “You will be sharing you room, this is not an option Private Aston.” He said evenly as he gave her a stern look, “Now get changed into your uniform and we’ll begin, I assure my only interest is to see you prepared for whatever is to come. There must be a reason we are both being subjected to this trial, I can only imagine that a storm rests on the horizon and I intend to be ready for it.” He added before turning to leave her alone to change. “Don’t take too long, we have much to do.” He said looking back for a moment before closing the door behind him.

Amelia could only shoot daggers with her eyes at Thomas. How dare he! He was going to be persistant on not addressing her by her title. That would only annoy her further. He also had the balls to tell her that he was an officer and that SHE was the mere common soldier. Amelia quickly had taken off her high healed boot that she wore and threw it at the door as it had closed. "Screw you!" She cried out as she sat down on what would be her bed. Her arms folded she grumbled. How dare her parents do this to her! And to Clovis! They were the royal children! Amelia felt tears starting to sting at her eyes. This was starting to actually sink in. She wouldn't be able to go home. She wouldn't be able to just run to Clovis whenever she needed him. She was going to be no better than a ...a commoner!
Amelia took the back of her hand and wiped away the tears that stung at her eyes. Oh how she longed to be back home with Clovis. She already had felt like the world was against her. Now she knew it was even more so than she ever realized. Her title had always protected her to a point and now here it wasn't going to protect her at all. Oh how she would not bend though! She didn't have to do the work that a commoner had to do. No she shouldn't! She would give them hell! She had to!
Amelia sighed as she finally got up to change. The white shirt, the brown pants. They fit nice, but where perhaps a little loose on her. Amelia walked over to the mirror and took her hair down as she brushed it. She put it in a high ponytail. Then she took off her jewelry but left a necklace on that just held a pendanta on it. She walked over to her high heeled boots and put them on. She didn't want to ruin her dresses, but these were just boots. Easy enough to replace, but she wanted to look somewhat fashionable. Thankfully she had worn brown boots already. She tuck the pant legs into the boots and then made sure she looked rather 'reasonable' at least in her eyes. She wasn't going to look eactly like those stupid commoners.
Finally, Amelia walked out. "I hate you." She looked up at Thomas. "And you are not above me. Get that through your thick skull. It is not 'Miss', it is not 'Private', it is Princess or your Highness. If you respect me, then I will respect you. Do we have an understanding?" She raised a brow as she placed a hand on her hip.

Thomas smiled “That seems to be a fair request, so long as you are willing to work with me I’m willing to work with you. Refer to me as Sir and I will refer to you a lady, is that suitable compromise?” he asked evenly, “You will find things will work much smoother if we don’t fight among ourselves, I will test your limits and do my best to improve them. You may hate me now but you will soon see that I only have your survival in mind.” He added offering her his hand. “Now we should begin; tell me, do you have any experience with weapons? He asked as he led her back into the courtyard. Once they stood again in the court yard he turned to face her “You should get stretched out, you have a two mile run ahead of you today.” He said calmly.

Chaos wasn't sure how to feel for Clovis. Maybe his relationship with his parents wasn't that good. His own relationship to his parents was all right. They never cared for the antics he did to get into trouble as a kid, but he always knew his parents loved him. Nah, this kid probably was actually asking for the shit that came into his life. Chaos was only shocked to see Clovis do the full jumping jacks. He really was just venting about how much he disliked his parents at this moment. It was clear just how much Clovis cared for his sister, that much was known now. "Maybe when you get back you should put your father on a diet." Chaos couldn't help but laugh at his own joke. "Seriously though, one day you're going to be king and then you can tell him what he has to do. Right now though you don't get a say in it." Chaos shrugged a bit as he looked over at the training course. He wasn't going to have Clovis try that yet. Maybe in a week after he got use to the basics he could. He didn't want him tripping on the tires. Still he had watched Elizabeth and he couldn't help but smirk a bit. She was smarter than her own good. Chaos knew his brother and Stray was more than likely not finding this amusing in the least. He looked back over at Clovis. "It might not be fair, Clovis, but in a round about way I'm sure your parents just have your health in mind. As for Amelia, I'm not sure why they'd send her here. Well...it might have to do with how she thinks she's so high and mighter. Better than all the rest." Chaos didn't think on that one. It escaped his mouth before he could even think about what he had said.
Stray had nearly tripped over his own feet when Elizabeth spoke about how they thought they had just had sex. God he hoped that was not the case! Hell he hadn't even had sex yet. He didn't whore himself around like Chaos did. He wanted to wait for the right woman, the woman he would marry before he slept with anyone. Let alone, if the Captain truly believed he had sex with her, oh the punishment. He just hoped the Captain would know Stray was not like his brother at all. That sex was not the only thing he thought about doing. "You find this all amusing don't you. Just so you know it is not going to get under my skin." He spoke plainly and perhaps a slight annoyance in his voice. Why was he stuck with this slut? As much as he hated to think so little of the nobles, he did. She was the worse out of them all, or at least in his eyes.
Stray watched Elizabeth go through the course. He face palmed. She was smart, he'd give her that. But she wasn't going to learn how to do things herself if she kept doing this. "No. We will not go to sword play until you run the course the right way. Running through the tires as best and fast you can without tumbling. Using the monkey bars the right way and not crawl over them. And you are not to ask others to help you get over that wall. You are to use your own strength and the rope to get over it. Do I make myself clear?" Stray already was getting a rather large headache. He'd have to stop by the infirmary and ask for some medical tea to get rid of this before it got too bad.
Amelia nodded her head. "Fine. I can tolerate that for now." It wasn't to her liking since she shouldn't have to call a mere soldier 'Sir'. She did not care that he was a LT. in the least. He was a soldier and that was that. At least he would call her Lady. Her title was more than that, but it was a start. She'd break him into listening to her. "And you can go ahead and test my limits all you like, however you are not going to improve them. I will be testing your limits, that you can guarentee. I have no intention of standing down. I hold my own against people like you." As far as Amelia was concerned he was just another servant at the castle that spoke ill of her.
Amelia raised a brow. "You honestly think that I would even hold a weapon? Fighting is not my job. That's yours. Keep that in mind." She followed him back to the courtyard. She looked over to Clovis and frowned. She wanted to go over to him and talk. You know what, that was exactly what she was going to do. Piss on these soldiers if they think they can keep her from her brother. Let alone, she had no intention of running two freakin miles. She'd work up a sweat! Not that she would care since these uniforms where ugly as sin.
Amelia walked away from Thomas and over to Clovis and Chaos, just in time to hear Chaos to hear how he thought that she was high and mighty. She frowned as she shot him a death glare. "It seems like you are out to get us too! Of course you are! Everybody in the god forsaken place is out to get us! I can't believe this place!" She held her ground but on the inside she wanted to run and hide. Cry. She wanted Clovis to follow her that way, but no, she had to hold her ground right now. They couldn't see her as weak. Still...

Harmony Adams
Lady Catherine's response to her introduction was the first thing that caught her off guard. The manner that she spoke made Harmony unsure if the young woman was mocking her and her decision to introduce herself using her first name or not. No liking that she was questioning the young woman's motives she decided it was probably best to let it go, for all she knew the young noblewoman could possibly be playing nice. Really, Harmony didn't care how Catherine referred to her, so long as she understood that Harmony at this point was the one that called the shots. Harmony bit her lip as that thought left a bitter feeling in her, she did not like the idea of a power struggle at all. Evident in the fact that she didn't use her title unless necessary.
"While I have worked hard for my title, I really find it quite tiring to constantly repeat," she spoke calmly. "If it is important to you, you may call me Officer Adams, but I do not mind if you call me Harmony either. We shall be spending much time together and I would rather things go as easily as possible." Call it a little blunt, but Harmony was actually trying to show the woman the same level of respect that she had been shown. She had remembered being warned about the use of titles with the nobility, and how to most it was quite important.
Catherine then started to tell her what she had done so far and Harmony fought the urge to sent the soldier that worked with her before a questioning glance. It seemed kinda late in the morning for her to have just worked on aerobic exercise. She sighed and took a moment to look over Catherine, and appraise the young woman she had been given to work with. Catherine was no frail by any means, but she was not the epitome of recruit of the year and when the woman started to list honestly her experience in regards to her athleticism, Harmony had to regretfully admit that she had more experience than she had expected. Horseback riding, that explained slight hinting of muscle she saw on the trainee. Harmony did not ride a horse for the first time until she had entered the Royal army, she remembered the pain and that it took a few months for her to be able to remain seated on a horse for more than a few minutes at a time.
This young woman showed promise, Harmony was surprised by the thought as it crossed her mind. She might actually be able and willing to learn. Though she needs work. That Harmony had not one doubt of, but she was by far no princess type either. Harmony was impressed that she even stated that she would so the best she could with her abilities. "Well, then we should probably start working your cardio routine. A soldier of any type needs to be able to run and have the stamina to accomplish the task in front of them." She spoke calmly and glanced at both the track and the training yard.
"I cannot go easy on you, If you are truly willing to do your best you will understand why," she spoke, "but I will consider what is reasonable when it comes to limits. Stretch your legs, then you can take your pick of running around the court yard the next hour or running through the obstacle course. I will jog beside you and help set a reasonable pace, and we can hopefully discuss what weapon you would like to try and learn." She started demonstrating the stretches that she found to be the best when it comes to cardio work and coached Catherine through them. "I am warning you, If I do my job right and I will, you will be dirty and sore by the time that we are done." [That sounds so bad... but at least it's Harmony and not Henry saying it... Harmony doesn't share the same perspective that he does, she is really just trying to warn her....]

Markus [Estellé] Barret Markus stood outside the camp where the royals were training with a look of disdain as he watched his carriage ride off after it was finished dropping him off. He didn’t like riding in carriages, and much rather preferred riding on saddle since he would have more control. However, in order to play the part of a bratty royal, he had to take full advantage of the luxuries that royals received. Markus could never indulge himself to such luxuries in his own home, the Barrets were not like any other royals because of their long history with serving as royal knights to the king. They worked hard and were nearly pure when it came to scandalous behavior, except when it came to Markus himself. If people knew the truth about him, the Barrets would be discredited as a royal family…
Turning his head, Markus looked over his shoulder at the training camp with a softer gaze. Training and hard work were things he were used to, and no matter hard he pretended to hate it, he understood that it would be a thrill for him to enjoy. First things first were to find the Captain and introduce himself as another new recruit. Markus tugged at his fancily decorated gloves, pulling them on tighter as he walked into the base in one of his more elegant attires. It had been a long time since he dressed up for anything, the royal knight’s uniform being his main outfit for the majority of his life, but still he walked with an air of confidence as he strolled into the base and was immediately recognized as a royal. At least the appearance made him seem so.
Markus found the Captain’s with little assistance from passing soldiers, restraining himself from politely thanking them for their assistance afterwards. If he was already struggling to pretend to be a bratty royal, how quickly would he be discovered that he actually was a trained knight? A hand moved to the back of his neck, rubbing it slightly as he mentally prepared himself once more as he closed in on the Captain’s door. He didn’t bother to knock, knowing that no spoiled royal would see a closed door as a sign to not enter. When he stepped into the room however, he paused when saw Henry standing there as well.
Panic struck for a moment, worried that his cover would be blown right from the beginning before he gave a frown and crossed his arms. His gaze then turned to the Captain in charge, a man of great prestige from what Markus could recall, but didn’t show him any respect as he let out an annoyed sigh. “Please tell me your the Captain. I’m tired of wondering around this horrid place getting my shoes dirty.” He spoke, and wanted to hit himself across the face. He couldn’t believe what he was saying, and wish he could greet the Captain with more respect.
