Samantha crawled out of bed and got into a dress for her first day of school for the new school year. Then she went out to where her dad was. Her mom came out soon after, already in her uniform. The older woman began brushing her daughter's hair, while her husband figured out breakfast.
"Morning Mama and Daddy,"Samantha chirped up.
"Morning sweetheart. Honey, are we going to have time to drop Samantha off in the schoolroom, before heading to the bridge?"Selenity asked.
"I am here, Solomon. I was just deciding on what we should have for breakfast,"Ashley replied.

"Morning Samantha" Max said as had gotten the computer to made some eggs with bacon and bread on the side. He was placing the dishes on the table when Selenity asked him. "We should be fine, Breakfast is ready. So as soon as we eat. We can get going and drop Samantha off to school." He called back out into the living room as he placed some drinks out for them.
Solomon walked over to where his mom was at "Morning" he said before he felt an hand on the top of his head. He looked up and saw his dad smiling. "Morning dad" he said to Dreaka as he smiled some. "Morning, Solomon. Ready for school today?" he asked as he removed his hand and went to try and pin on his rank onto his collar. ""Yeah, I'm ready" Solomon spoke happily as he watched his father messing up at pining the rank on. "I can't get this thing on sometimes" Dreaka said as he fought with it.

Samantha climbed up into her chair after her mother finished doing her hair, ready for breakfast. She looked over at her father when he brought the food to the table.
"Mmmm, breakfast looks good,"Samantha spoke.
"Enjoy it, honey. And alright, dear, I am glad that we will be able to do so,"Selenity smiled.
"Good morning, love. And here, let me fix it,"Ashley greeted, before walking over to Dreaka. She then pinned his ranks on his uniform for him.

Max smiled nodding ad Samantha began to eat her breakfast "I'm glad you like it". He then sat down as all of the food and drinks were on the table now. "Yeah, we will have just enough time before we have to be on the bridge" he replied to Selenity. "But we should eat up and get going before we are late." He said smiling "If I am late. I'm sure our new first officer will have an good time" he said joking and smiling before taking an bite of his food.
"Morning Honey" Dreaka smiled some as she fixed his rank "thank you, sometimes I just can't get it right" he told laughing to himself.
"What's for breakfast mom?" Solomon asked as he went and sat at the table and watched the two.

Samantha worked on eating her food while her parents talked. It wasn't long before she had finally finished and looked to them.
"Go get your school bag, honey. Then we can start heading over. And yes, can't have you being late,"Selenity smiled. Samantha nodded as she ran off to do so, while Selenity finished her breakfast.
"Well, good thing you have a wife that can do such things. And Solomon, I was thinking of waffles with fruit on top,"Ashley replied.

Max finished his breakfast and was just finishing up his drink when Samantha headed off to get her bags. He got up from the table taking away the dirty plates. He came out and got Selenity's once she was finished as well."so how was it?" He asked his wife.
"That sounds good" Solomon replied smiling and was ready for breakfast. Dreaka smirked happily at his wife "indeed. I am very lucky" he said before he kissed Ashley's cheek "thank you honey"

"Food tasted delicious, love, I really enjoyed it,"Selenity responded. She hugged him gently, as their daughter came out with her bag.
"Alright, any preferences on what fruit? And you are welcome, dear,"Ashley spoke.

"I'm glad you liked them" Max said with an smile before he returned the hug and saw Samantha come back with her bag. "Alright, you ready for school Samantha? "he asked her smiling some more "Don't forget what we said, be nice to the other kids okay?" he spoke as he took his daughter's hand "lets get going then"
Solomon through about it for abit before finally coming up with an reply. "Blueberry" he told cheerily. Dreaka smirked at his son's choice and nodded to his wife. "That does sound good honey" he said as he joined his son at the table. They had alittle bit of time before needing to drop off Solomon at school then report to their stations.

"Don't worry, Daddy, I will be good. And yes, I am ready to go to school. What should I do if my powers pop up again?"Samantha asked.
"Tell the teacher and we will ask her to put you in a quiet place,"Selenity assured softly, patting her daughter on the back.
"I think that can be arranged,"Ashley smiled. She walked over and got the breakfast for her family, before coming over to give the boys their plates. Then she sat down with her own plate, so she could eat before work.

Solomon smiled as the plate was placed infront of him. He picked up his fork and began to eat his breakfast "mmmm, its good mom" he said before taking some more bites. Dreaka watched his son as he began to eat and once Ashley sat down and began to eat her own food that he started on him. "Indeed, honey. its good" he said commenting on the food before taking an slip of his drink. "So you ready for today Honey?" he asked her as eh took another bite from his fork.

"Yes and he was a big help last time, so you should be fine,"Selenity smiled. She started to lead the way out of their quarters and towards the Turbolift.
"Yes, I think I am ready. After a pep talk from the first officer, I think I can handle this,"Ashley replied.

Max smiled as they all headed to the turbolift once they entered the lift, he patted Samantha ontop of her head after he told the computer what level they wanted to go too. He smirked at her before the
Dreaka nodded as he smiled at her reply, "I'm glad to hear that" he said before giving his wife an wink. He finished his meal and was enjoying his drink as Solomon was just finishing up. "I'm done" Dreaka nodded, "okay. Get your bag and we will head out to school." Solomon then left the table to get his school bag. Dreaka took the plates aways and smiled at Ashley once more "well ready to get started?" He asked.

Samantha smiled as her father patted her on the head. She bounced on the balls of her feet as she waited for the Turbolift to get to the right floor. When the doors opened, she followed her mom out into the hall and to the school room.
"Yes, we can certainly leave now. Should have plenty of time to get everything started,"Ashley nodded. She got up from the table, grabbing her pad, before turning to her family.

Max couldn't help but smile as he watch Samantha leave the luft and went to the door, he smiled at his daughter before they went inside the school room. He took an knee and spoke to her "alright honey. You be good and don't get yourself into trouble okay. Listen to your teacher and be an good girl" he said smiling at her.
Dreaka nodded as he took his wife's hand as the three of them left their quarters and entered the turbolift "school room" and with that. The door closed and the lift began to move. Solomon looked up at Ashley "hey mom. Will you tell me what you did today after school?" He asked as he knew that today was her first day ad chief science officer.

"She will be fine, hon, we have to believe that. Come on, we need to get to the bridge,"Selenity spoke.
"I will certainly tell you how my day goes, kiddo. You have to do the same though,"Ashley reminded to him as they waited in the Turbolift.
